Refund policy

We trust you are satisfied with your purchase. In case you wish to return your purchase, please be aware of the following:

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits, swim and shapewear are non-returnable and are FINAL SALE.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. We will cover shipping costs if we have erred in with regards to processing or shipping.
  • Our Store return policy applies to our Online Store – we do not offer refunds. We will  exchange (unworn items with tags on, excluding panties or shapewear) or issue store credit -only with the original receipt. You have 10 days on shipped items, from delivery date to claim a return.
  • Promotional and sales items are FINAL SALE.

We accept in-person returns on online orders 10 days from delivery date. You will require your original invoice. The item/items to be returned must be:

  • Unworn
  • Not damaged
  • Have all original tags ON
  • Be free of stains and/or scent


We reserve the right to decline an intimate apparel return if even one of the above criteria are not met. It’s important to be 100% certain of your size before ordering. We are happy to check your Customer Profile to make sure that you are ordering the correct size.  Please call us at the store you last purchased the item you are ordering online and we will be more than happy to assist you with your size.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at goodnightgoodmorning@cogeco.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you authorization number together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits, swim and shapewear are non-returnable and FINAL SALE.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
